Clothing is a shield, a tectonic concept forming the layers between the world and ourselves. Garments, like each layer of the earth, provide different functions. In combination, layers perform differently, optimizing themselves for different climates and environments.
The Fall ‘16 Collection draws inspiration from this idea, looking specifically to the Canadian Tundra. Igneous rock plates from the Laurentian Plateau, dusted with moss and coated with extensions from nearby glaciers; this provide the reference for this season’s colour palette. The north is where we find our inspiration, where the items in this collection hold their roots; and when the seasons turn with seismic precision, as they always do, this versatile collection was designed to shield your core.
